No Bake Energy Power Balls

This recipe for No Bake Energy Power Balls is from, of all places, the Ralph’s grocery store mailer and are so yummy that I had to share.

These little no bake energy power bites are smart to have around if you have teenage boys like I do. Clearly, getting them to eat anything healthy is tough therefore these will help get some grains into their system.

I edited the recipe a bit to make them gluten free. They’re easy to make(no baking), and gone in a flash.

Ingredients:

1 cup Bob’s Gluten Free Oats

3/4 cup gluten free peanut butter

3/4 cup gluten free mini chocolate chips

1/3 cup honey

2 Tbsp. chia seeds

2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix the ingredients in a stand mixer or by hand. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.

Next, roll into 1″ balls and store in an airtight container(if they last that long).
